Description
Toggle spell that when turned on, allows the Stalker to autocast their Plagiarism spell at a 1% chance. It will always cast the lowest possible skill level of the plagiarized skill.
This means that if you set Storm Gust as your plagiarized spell, it will auto cast the level 1 version of the skill at a 1% chance.
