Description
Frost Diver is a 1st class offensive skill available as Mage and Super Novice. It performs a single target Water element magic attack, that has a chance of freezing the target.

Notes
- Target's MDEF affects the chance of being frozen, as well as the duration of the frozen status.
- Enemies frozen by Frost Diver skill become Water property (level 1) regardless of their original property.
- Frost Diver will not freeze Boss or Undead monsters but can still be damaged by the skill.
