Description
Cancel a magic spell cast by an enemy and receive the SP consumed to cast the enemy's spell. At skill level 5, it will also inflict an amount of damage equal to 2% of the enemy's Max HP, with the caster recovering HP equal to 1% of the enemy's Max HP.

Notes
- Spell Breaker can be used on players in WoE and PvP.
- When used against other players, Spell Breaker ignores the Phen Card's effect, which usually makes spell casting uninterruptible.
