Description
(Alt: Soul Siphon) Grants a chance to fully drain the SP amount of a target. If this skill succeeds, the target's SP will be fully drained. When this skill is mastered at Level 5, Soul Burn will also inflict twice as much damage as the target's SP amount; however, if it fails, the caster will receive an amount of damage equal to twice the caster's SP amount. Soul Burn works on monsters but will only damage players in PvP and War of Emperium areas.
