Description
(Alt: Fiber Lock) Shoot a spider web to immobilize a target for 8 seconds (or 4 seconds if cast on a player). In addition, the target's Flee is reduced by -50. Targets trapped receive double damage from Fire elemental physical and magical attacks. However, Fire attacks immediately break the Spider Web. A Spider Web can hold multiple monsters on the same cell, similar to Ankle Snare.
