Description
Whirlwind (Alt: Violent Gale) is a 2nd class supportive skill available as Sage and Scholar. It casts an area on the ground that will amplify all Wind element attacks and increase the FLEE rate of Wind element characters.

Notes
- Whirlwind cannot be cast on a cell currently affected by any floor or ground-targeted skill.
- The duration of Fire Wall is increased by 50%.
- Initial cast consumes 1 Yellow Gemstone and grants the Elemental Floor buff for the duration. Casting Whirlwind, Deluge, or Volcano while the buff is active will not incur a gemstone cost.
