"I can't download? The download keeps being flagged as a virus."

Fear not, the client is safe, but the client directly modifies files in the game folder so your Windows Defender or other antivirus software will often erroneously presume it is a virus. To get around this error you must make an exception for your downloads folder and the ensuing Project Alfheim folder.

"I can't access the downloads website, it is blocked for me entirely."

This can also be annoying, but there is a work around if your country or ISP is blocking our website, and that is to temporarily change your DNS and then try the website again.
