Description

Scream (Alt: Dazzler) is a 2nd class active skill available as Dancer and Gypsy. It inflicts stun to all enemies and party members on screen. In PvP or Guild Siege maps, Scream will also affect enemy characters but not allied characters who are outside the caster's party. It also says a quote, which is pulled from the game's resource file, no matter if it fails or works. The stun lasts 5 seconds at all levels, which can be reduced by VIT of the affected.
