Description
Cancel all buff effects, including status ailments, on the target by a chance. Each successful cast consumes 1 Yellow Gemstone.

Notes
Dispell works on guild mates and allies in PvP environment when forced with the shift key. Party members can also be targeted in non-PVP areas. If the skill is not mastered, target MDEF lowers the chance of skill works.
