Paradise Bounty Quest System
As Episode A 4 0 Rock Ridge update, Tutorial or Paradise Quest is extended to Rock Ridge. After Tali give Paradise Weapon, talking to Tali again will lead to Rock Ridge.
In the town, Cassidy offers Paradise Bounty Quest. The quest is not optimal leveling path but assists new players getting familiar with the game, decent early Equipment and Consumables.
Mechanic
The mechanic is similar to Bounty Quest System. You need to be in appropriate level range. The quest can be be completed by killing a list of monsters or being in the same party as a killer while being on screen as that party member. Additionally, you have to be in the designated map for kill counts. Unlike Bounty Quest, Commands does not have Paradise Bounty Quest for easy access, you have to physically interact with Cassidy.
The stats and drops of monsters listed on Paradise Bounty Quest are modified after episode A.4 update. This change is to improve early leveling experience. They do not match other databases, see Monster Adjustments for details.
Paradise Group Tunnel
After taking a quest, you may ask Wyatt for Paradise Bounty Map Navigation through Paradise Group Tunnel, as an alternative to Warper or Kafra Teleport Service.
Rewards
Completing a quest grants 100 Rock Ridge Coin. Paradise Battle Manual is also awarded for level 40-50 and 50-65 category.
Rock Ridge Coin is currency used in Rock Ridge and Enchanter at Main Office. It can be traded for Weapons, Equipment, Consumables, and Enchantments.
Tips
- Paradise Bounty Quest can be taken in conjunction with regular Bounty Quest (@bountyquest), and Second Job Figures (@lasafigure).
- Joining or creating party from Party Finder System (@partyfinder, only Byalan F4 currently) will reset the ongoing Paradise Bounty Quest with the same map.
- Non-recommended classes can take all Paradise Bounty Quest within appropriate level range.
- Equipment found during Paradise Bounty Quest can be traded at Rock Ridge Bank for more Rock Ridge Coins.
- Like other exp manuals or buffs, Paradise Battle Manual cannot be stacked with others except Job Manual.
