==Tapping and EXP Changes==

With the Spotlight system, came some other changes. Tapping EXP bonus is now disabled when "each take" is set in party. Party share must be on for players to receive the EXP bonus. Additionally with the increase to EXP because of the spotlight and the spawn changes, HE Manuals have been removed from the Silvervine shop. HE Manuals were originally added in with launch to be balanced without the potential EXP and spawn increases. With all these other changes, HE Manuals would simply be unhealthy in our opinion so we removed them. There may be a replacement coming for them eventually, but we're still debating that.

Today we finally unveil the new spotlight system we've been working on. This one is kind of convoluted to explain so these patch notes will spend most of their time explaining how it works. We'll also address the funneling/tapping changes later in the post and a few other major bug fixes/errors.

Spotlight System

First, to access the spotlight system NPC you can either talk to the NPC in the main office, or you can use the new command @spotlight to access him from anywhere. This will reveal the current rolled spotlights available to unlock or the ones ongoing if it is already locked in.

How the Spotlight Works

Every night at midnight server time (0:00), the spotlight will reroll its table.

2 Regions (all field maps in this region)
         2 Dungeons (the entire dungeon)
2 Elements (if a monster is either element it is buffed)
2 Race (if a monster is either race it is buffed)
         1 Size (small/medium/alarge)

When you go to the NPC or type @spotlight you will see numbers in parentheses. These numbers mean how much the category is buffed. For example you may see Comodo Fields as a region so it says Comodo (7) This means the all Comodo Field monsters are buffed by 7%. You may also see Medium (10). This means all medium sized monsters are buffed by 10% exp. These buffs STACK.

Additionally Anubis are excluded from this system.

Frequently Asked Questions

1.) Are MVP affected? (No)

2.) What if a monster spawns in two locations but only one of those locations is buffed? (it will receive the buff only in the location that is spotlighted)

3.) Does this stack with manuals, daily exp buff, and mr kim? (yes)

Bug Fixes

1.) The Mass Brew blue potions skill was bugged to be succeeding at a WAY higher rate than intended, so now its fixed to calculate properly.

2.) Earth Deleter card no longer works with our sitting regen. Sitting regen should not work with skills/items that disable natural regen so this was a given.
