In north Prontera prontera183333, you'll need to find and talk to the NPC Aelle. She will ask you to bring her the following items: 1 Alcohol, 1 China, 1 Apple, 3 Banana, 5 Well Baked Cookies. After giving her those items, she will be drunk and wants nothing to do with you. She will get angry and send you somewhere in town (which seems to be random) every time you try to talk to her. 3. Return to Canell in Comodo, and she will teach you Charming Wink.
