Description
Harmonic Lick (Alt: The Ring of Nibelungen) is a 2nd class supportive skill available as Bard, Clown, Dancer, and Gypsy. It increases ATK to all players within the area of effect, as long as they're wielding level 4 weapons. This skill is an Ensemble Skill.
