Description
Down Tempo (Alt: Eternal Chaos) is a 2nd class active skill available as Bard, Clown, Dancer, and Gypsy. It sets all soft DEF derived from VIT to 0 for all enemies within the area of effect, hard DEF provided by armor remains unaffected. This skill is an Ensemble Skill.
