Description

(Alt: Whistle) Raises Flee Rate and Perfect Dodge for all players in the area of effect. The Flee Rate is affected by AGI, and Music Lessons skill of the caster. The Perfect Dodge rate is affected by the LUK and Music Lessons of the caster.

Information

AGI and LUK scaling only work in multiples of 10 and 30 respectively. Having 19 AGI will provide the same Flee as having 10 AGI.
