Rewards
Quest Reward(s): Sign Quest, Ability to speak with Umbala NPCs

1. Wear a Mr. Smile then head to Umbala and speak to the Village Leader um_in39121.

2. He will ask you to bring him:

  • 10 Oil Paper
  • 5 Slick Paper
    1. To get Oil Paper and Slick Paper, head to Amatsu by first going to Alberta.
    2. Speak to the Sea Captainalberta24593 and pay him 10,000z and you'll be in the town of Amatsu.
    3. Head 1 map north and kill Karakasa.
  • 1 Squid Ink.
    1. To get Squad Ink head to Izlude.
    2. Speak to the Sailorizlude201181 and pay him 150z to go to Byalan Island.
    3. Head to Undersea Tunnel F3iz_dun02237204.
    4. Kill Marse.

3. Once you bring the items back you will be able to talk to the rest of the NPCs in the village and the quest is complete.
