Wear a Mr. Smile. This item can be obtained by heading to Prontera, speaking to Mr. Smile prontera157187 and offering these items: 10 Jellopy 10 Clover 10 Fluff All items can be obtained by killing Porings and Fabre 1 map west of Geffen. 2. Head to Umbala and speak to the Village Leader um_in39121. 3. He will ask you to bring him: 10 Oil Paper 5 Slick Paper To get Oil Paper and Slick Paper, head to Amatsu by first going to Alberta. Speak to the Sea Captain alberta24593 and pay him 10,000z and you'll be in the town of Amatsu. Head 1 map north and kill Karakasa. 1 Feather of Birds To get Feather of Birds head to Morroc. Head 1 map north. Kill Picky. 1 Squid Ink. To get Squad Ink head to Izlude. Speak to the Sailor izlude201181 and pay him 150z to go to Byalan Island. Head to Undersea Tunnel F3 iz_dun02237204. Kill Marse. 4. Once you bring the items back you will be able to talk to the rest of the NPCs in the village and the quest is complete. Notes Completion of this quest is required for Sign Quest.
