Description

Perfect Tablature (Alt: Whistle) is a 2nd class supportive skill available as Bard and Clown. It raises FLEE and Perfect Dodge for all players in the area of effect. The FLEE increase is affected by skill level, AGI, and Music Lessons level of the caster. The Perfect Dodge increase is affected by skill level, LUK, and Music Lessons level of the caster. AGI and LUK scaling only work in multiples of 10 and 30 respectively. Having 19 AGI will provide the same FLEE as having 10 AGI. There is no limit to the amount of FLEE and Perfect Dodge you can get from AGI and LUK.
