Description

Slow Grace (Alt: Please Don't Forget Me) is a 2nd class active skill available as Dancer and Gypsy. It decreases ASPD and Movement Speed of all enemies within the area of effect, canceling the effects of any skill which provides a bonus to said stats. ASPD reduction is affected by skill level, DEX, and Dance Lessons level and the Movement Speed reduction is affected by skill level, AGI, and Dance Lessons level. The ASPD and Movement Speed reduction based on DEX and AGI only works in multiples of 10. Having 19 DEX provides the same ASPD reduction as having 10 DEX. There is no limit to the amount of ASPD and Movement Speed reduction you can get from DEX and AGI.
