Muspellskoll Changes
Muspellskoll is getting some adjustments for quality of life, a new mode, and some bug fixes.
Nightmare Mode
Nightmare mode behaves similar to Hard mode and shares a cooldown with the other party modes (normal/hard) but rewards with 400% total drops instead of 300% from hard. Muspell will have more HP in this mode, tankier fire pits, cast twice as often for his unique skills, and his flame spitter howl is almost twice as deadly. One of his other skills has been adjusted to cast two instances of itself instead of just the one as well.
Additionally, dying in this mode will lock you out of being res'd for 20 seconds.
This shouldn't make Muspellskoll as hard as people are hoping for and asking for but we hope its suffice for those of you who want a bit more of a challenge until we can get to the next major content update. Overall we're glad people are enjoying the fight enough to want a more difficult version.

Party Finder is being used but some bugs came up and abuse cases have been found so we're adjusting the npc a bit.
Adjustments
1.) If no one in the intended level range for the party is in the party at any point, the kill count for the bounty will not increase.
2.) Party finder announcement requesting it to be filled now only happens twice instead of 4 more times after the initial announcements. (every 2 minutes instead of 1 minute.)
3.) Announcement clarifies that people can join even out of level range as a mentor.
4.) Players can only have one character in a party from a master account/gepard id. (this means one per pc and one per master account).
5.) Even intended level range players now have a 5 minute cooldown before being able to start a new party.

Bug Fixes
1.) Cooldown for claiming rewards as a mentor are now properly 6 hours instead of 2 hours.
2.) Super Novice can now properly use all their skills as a mentor since they are considered first job skills.
3.) Skills that are on acolyte now like Ressurection, Kyrie Eleison, are now properly flagged as first job skills and can be used.
4.) Elemental Converters and Yggdrasil Leaves can now be used while in a party.
Spread Shot Rebalancing
We mentioned previously the ratios were wonky for Spread Shot when rebuilding its ratios last patch, but turns out status crit is multiplied by 10 in rathena, so that means each point of crit was giving 5% ATK ratio, not 0.5% like we thought. We knew the numbers were off but didn't quite understand until recently (thanks tnab).
Understanding it better now. Here's the new formula for Spread Shot. (note we still tested and rebalanced vs our loveable sropho dummy as always)

Adjustments
1.) Elemental Origin drop moved from Elite Shotgun Buffalo Bandit > Elite Scimitar Buffalo Bandit. (drop rate remains 1%)
2.) Oridecon drop removed from Elite Scimitar Buffalo Bandit. Elunium drop increased from 38.59% > 57.81%
3.) Water Lily Hat[0] now given a slot. (this is so the item doesn't appear yellow text when given to you in the quest, it already comes carded in the quest)
4.) The @droploot command now works on individual loot maps but will make it to where the item is ignored in the drop table entirely for you instead of falling to the ground. This also applies to @autoloot.
5.) When selecting storage, the master storage is the primary option instead of personal storages.
6.) An Inn has been added to Einbech in the same location you craft gears with Dynite.
7.) Fly Form Beelzebub is now flagged as an MVP so he works with Convex Mirrors.
8.) Providence status buff now persists through log out.
9.) Item IDs are now displayed at the top of every items description.
10.) Cards that reduce damage from a mob of a specific element type like Les and Standing Soul Cards, will now also reduce magic damage instead of only physical.
11.) Warp Unlocker added to Test Dummies in prontera. Filed under the category "Special".
12.) The Nightmare MVP Event now runs once every 3 hours instead of every hour. Rewards have been increased to 150 Event Currency instead and also a Legacy Costume Box has been added to the rewards as well!
13.) Super Cute Doggo headgear can now be exchanged for a Costume Super Cute Doggo headgear that is middle only in the happy trails weapon shop in rock ridge for 25 Coins, 10k zeny.
14.) Costume Blessing of Fallen Angel (Item ID = 31183) can now be exchanged with Airi for Middle version of the same costume. (base is still upper)
15.) New Headgear added to Lower headgears for Premi Silvervine exchange: Baby Pacifier. Enables use of Level 1 Greed.
16.) Sherrif's Left and Right Badges now weight 0.
17.) Vigilante Shoes now grant +1 DEX (for a total of 2 dex) when refined to +9.
18.) The mobs in rock_fild02 that cast hasty fire in the hole now cast Mission Bombard instead.

4.) Both NPCs in the Alfheim Marketplace properly warp you back to our new Main Office instead of the old one.
