Enchant system is added on Rock Ridge Episode Update. It can be accessed by Enchanter at Main Office or Dakota in the same Rock Ridge building as Buck from Paradise Quest.
Similar to Random Options, Enchants are additional effects added to gear but types are select-able and values are predetermined. Only select few gears that do not have Random Options can be Enchanted. Gears keep their refine and card compounded when enchanted. Enchants have 100% success chance. Enchant Fail message appears when picking non-unique Enchant option, but no materials and zeny are consumed. Enchant options are available under Perfect tab. Only Rock Ridge Gears except Frontier Boots[1] are available for values upgrade by clicking the desired enchant under Upgrade tab.

Paradise Gears & Headgears
For Paradise Gears, each enchant costs 1,000 Zeny and 50 Rock Ridge Coins, and limited up to 2 unique enchants per equipment.
For Headgears, each enchant costs 1,000 Zeny and 100 Rock Ridge Coins, and limited to 1 enchant per equipment.
Safety Helmet and Unicorn Horn stats are adjusted. See: Item Changes for details.

Rock Ridge Gears
All Rock Ridge Gears are limited to 1 option per ordinal enchant. These enchants are upgrade-able except for Frontier Boots[1].
Mine Worker's Pickaxe[1]
Each enchant and its upgrades cost 100,000 Zeny and 100, 200, 400, 800 or 1600 Buffalo Bandit Manes respective to upgrade level. (total 3100 Buffalo Bandit Manes)
However, STR and DEX enchants and upgrades cost 100,000 Zeny and 1000 Buffalo Bandit Manes each, since only 2 upgrades are available.
