Description

Magic Strings (Alt: Poem of Bragi) is a 2nd class supportive skill available as Bard and Clown. It reduces Cast Time and Cast Delay of skills used inside the effect. DEX and INT reductions only work in multiples of 10 and 5 respectively. Having 19 DEX will provide the same Cast Time reduction as having 10 DEX and having 9 INT will provide the same Cast Delay reduction as 5 INT. There is no limit to the amount of Cast Time and Cast Delay reduction you can get from INT and DEX.
