Jan 15th Hotfix

This short maintenance is just to fix some crucial bugs. Let's just list them.

Bug Fixes

1.) Death Witch now properly does...anything(???) after coming out of phase 1.

2.) MVP Instances (hopefully) no longer kick you out when someone else finishes another Field MVP unrelated to yours. (report if this still happens please)

3.) Bio 3 Field MVP is now consistent every time you try to enter, no more rerolling MVPs until you get the one you want by going in and out. Shout out to the players who were honest and reported this rather than abuse this ;]. Boo on the rest of you.

4.) Frost Joke and Scream no longer affect you in the safe zone in BGs.
