Description
Enchanted Stone Craft (Alt: Enchantedstone Craft) is a 2nd class passive skill available as Blacksmith and Whitesmith. It enables Blacksmiths to create elemental stones by using 10 elemental ores and 1 Mini Furnace. The skill has a base success rate based on caster's Job Level, DEX, and LUK, and a success rate is then added based on the skill level.

Base success rate (%) = (Job Level * 20 + DEX * 10 + LUK * 10) ÷ 100
