Novice and Early First Jobs

Novices
Lv Range: 1~22 Map: Training Grounds Composition: Solo or Party
Mobs to kill Follow the Training Ground accordingly, completing and turning in quests to the NPCs. You can easily get to level 22 here with a small amount of early grinding and turning in your quests just after leveling up, as they give plenty of experience to level you up nearly twice.

First Job
Lv Range: 12-25 Map: Payon Cave Composition: Solo or Party
Mobs to kill If you are feeling a bit too weak for Wolves, head here for some easy job levels killing Familiars and Skeletons, and later on Zombies.

Melee First Jobs

Melee First Jobs
Lv Range: 22-50 Map: Payon Field Composition: Solo or Party
Mobs to kill Wolves give very good experience and drop Meat and Monster's Feed as healing items, as well as Strawberry for SP or for selling to players for zeny. This is very easy money and very easy EXP early on especially if you are undergeared, but becomes slow around Level 45.
  • Wolf
Lv Range: 30-60 Map: Lighthazlen Field 01 and Einbroch Field 07 Composition: Solo or Party
Mobs to kill Metalings have one of the best HP/EXP ratios, but deal tons of Damage. Get your FLEE to 136 ASAP for 95% dodge. Beware of Divest Weapon and Mammonite Lv 5. Having a Priest slave to cast Kyrie Eleison and Resurrection is recommended. Ignore the other monsters.
  • Metaling
Lv Range: 40-70 Map: Einbroch Field 9 Composition: Solo or Party
Mobs to kill Porcellios give very good experience and are not very contested, and the card is somewhat useful.

Lv Range: 40-70 Map: Toy Factory 2 Composition: Solo or Party
Mobs to kill Toy Factory 2 is a great Zeny source for newer players, namely Piece of Cake and Cookies. Myst Case is the primary target here, since it has the most value, however watch out for it's Mammonite, which can oneshot undergeared players. Everything has decent EXP and loot. Avoid Baby Hati and Stormy Knight.

Lv Range: 40-70 Map: Ayothaya Dungeon 1 and Ayothaya Field 2 Composition: Solo or Party
Mobs to kill Amazing Job EXP, but negligible Base EXP. Great for rushing to 2nd Job. Loot is good, and it's possible to self sustain from HP drops with high enough FLEE. Use Fire Endow or an elemental weapon. Avoid Wootan Fighter, as it has total fire resistance.
  • Leaf Cat
Lv Range: 22-70 Map: Luoyang Field 1 Composition: Party
Mobs to kill Mi Gaos is a great location for early party based leveling. They are weak to fire, walk incredibly slow and do not swap their target unless you walk out of range, making the strategy of aggroing them and walking around while your party members kill them a viable strategy. A Ranged Class with Fire Spells or Fire Ammunition is necessary to dispatch them at a reasonable pace. Mantis are also on this map and while annoying, can drop a very good card.

Ranged First Jobs

Ranged First Jobs
Lv Range: 22-45 Map: Payon Field Composition: Solo or Party
Mobs to kill Wolves give very good experience and drop Meat and Monster's Feed as healing items, as well as Strawberry for SP or for selling to players for zeny. If you are a Mage or a Magic Ninja I heavily recommend getting a few levels of Firebolt/Flaming Petals at Payon Cave before coming here. Archers and Gunslingers will want to use Fire Arrows and Flare Bullets respectively.
  • Wolf
Lv Range: 40-70 Map: Einbroch Field 04 Composition: Solo or Party
Mobs to kill Geographers are a high EXP stationary target weak to fire. Due to their melee and stationary nature as well as being weak to a very common element, they are very easy opponents for ranged characters. Mages, Magic Ninjas and Magic Super Novices will want to stick to Fire Bolt while Archers and Gunslingers will use Fire Arrows and Flare Bullets respectively. Geographers can heal each other so avoid fighting packs of them early on as they will outheal your damage. Beware of Geographers hidden in bushes and trees as they can oneshot you early on. Metalings are also here to kill but give significantly less EXP.

Mobs to kill Mi Gaos is a great location for early party based leveling but can be done by most ranged classes solo as well. They are weak to fire, walk incredibly slow and do not swap their target unless you walk out of range, making the strategy of aggroing them and walking around while your party members kill them a viable strategy. Having Fire Spells or Fire Ammunition is necessary to dispatch them at a reasonable pace. Mantis are also on this map and while annoying, can drop a very good card. If you wish to solo this as a Mage, I recommend using Fire Wall.
