Clementia is a transcendent 2^nd class supportive skill available as a High Priest.

Effect

Applies all the effects of Blessing on the user and all party members in a set area around the user.

Uses the highest level learned of Blessing.
If there is someone who can't be buffed (i.e an Undead property player), the effect of this skill will only be delivered to the caster and whoever is between the party leader and the Undead property player in the Party Window.
