Description

Talisman of Red Phoenix is a 2nd class supportive skill available as Soul Linker and Soul Ascetic. It imbues the player and their tethered ally with the Spirit of the Red Phoenix, which makes it possible to trigger the Red Phoenix's Blessing. When the Red Phoenix's Blessing is triggered the player and their tethered ally gain DEF and MDEF pierce, full ignore to Soft DEF and Soft MDEF, and restore HP. While the Blessing is active they also recover 3% Max HP every 2 seconds. The skill has a 10 second cooldown which is shared with the other Talisman skills. This means that if a different Talisman skill is cast, this skill also goes on cooldown. Only one Talisman buff can be active at a time, so if a new Talisman skill is cast the effects of the previous one are removed (both the Spirit and the Blessing).

Skill Level % Max HP restored Flat DEF pierce % DEF pierce
1 3% 2 3%
2 6% 4 6%
3 9% 6 9%
4 12% 8 12%

Triggering a Talisman's Blessing

To trigger a Talisman's Blessing, the caster and their tethered ally must hit the same monster within 3 seconds. The Blessings last 15 seconds and have a 10-second global cooldown, but also a 15-second cooldown for that specific monster.

  • This means if you are consistently hitting the same monster, you can only trigger the Blessing every 15 seconds.
  • If you are instead consistently switching monsters, you can trigger the Blessing every 10 seconds.

AoE skills can only trigger the Blessing once, regardless of the number of monsters hit.
