Christmas Day Mini Event

Don't have time for a full on event his year but wanted to get the winter prontera out in time for a bit of Christmas and the rest of winter! Also to give people a chance to get their winter costumes! Changes will simply be listed below, not much to say here, merry christmas guys!

Christmas Changes

1.) Santa Porings now spawn in Prontera temporarily. They also drop the winter event costume egg at a card rate.

2.) Spooky Prontera switched to Winter Wonderland Prontera.

3.) Costume Boxes for November/December added to cash shop. Costume Preview NPC updated to include it.

4.) Winter Event Costume Egg that includes all the winter costumes added as a drop to Horror Toy Factory Mobs F3/F4 at 0.5% for F3, and 3% for F4.

       NOTE: Technically Kimi has dropped this all year and no one told me! Left it on her at 100% rate

5.) Pori EXP Updated to be 150% EXP instead of 100% EXP for the duration, will be turned on by me manually shortly after maintenance! As always use @poriexp to get the exp from anywhere. or say hi to pori in the main office.

6.) Random Options drops from non boss flag monsters have had their floor rate increased to 3.5% up from 1.75% (aka Pori Drops)
