Battlegrounds Removal

As you are all very (painfully) aware the server has been crashing quite often lately, we've identified the likely source to be our good old friend Battlegrounds. Given its fall from grace and near complete lack of activity anyway, we've decided to shelve it for now and remove it.

It will likely return someday, but that day is a long ways off as we work on other things. For you kids who want your PVP fix, we're still going to be doing the WOE overhaul/revert and the RWC mode long before that happens so bear with us.

All battlegrounds supplies you may have can be cleared with an NPC upstairs in the main office. Any badges you have can be effectively ignored, there is no exchange npc for now. They should, however, have no weight and not interefere with anything for the purposes of rebirthing.

Adjustments

1.) Spider Web and NPC_STOP removed from all mobs at bra_dun01 and bra_dun02. (Brasilis Dungeon)
