Description
Inflict a low amount of damage on a mob and apply a debuff on the monster by marking it.
When the Gunslinger who applied the debuff on the monster auto attacks within vision radius of any monster who has this debuff they will also auto attack the monster with the debuff as well.
Notes
Monsters marked by Bull's Eye cannot be used for procing auto cast effects.
