Kafra

Overview

Kafras are employees of the Kafra Corporation. Their job is to provide players with certain services. These services include:

• Teleport Service (Price Varies)
• Storage Service (40 Zeny)
• Master Storage Service (40 Zeny)
• Guild Storage Service (Free)
• Save Service (Free)
• Cart Rental Service (Price Varies, see below)
• Location Checking Service (Free)
• Storage Password Service (5000 Zeny)
• Point Checking Service (Free)

Not all of these services are available at every Kafra.

Services

Teleport Service

The teleport service allows you to pay a small amount of zeny to instantly travel to another location (usually cities). Some Kafras have teleport services to outside of dungeons. The price for using this service usually depends on the distance between where you are and where you want to go. If you have a Free Ticket for Kafra Transportation, you may use this ticket to negate the cost of one teleport.

Storage Service

Allows you to access your storage. By paying 40 Zeny, you may transfer (transferable) items to your storage, and take items in your storage out. All of your characters on the same account have access to the same storage. There is a total of 10 accessible storages on one account, which can hold 600 items each. These storages can also be renamed. You must have the Novice Basic Skill level 6 to access your storage. If you have a Free Ticket for Kafra Storage, you may use this ticket to negate the cost of accessing your storage once.

Master Storage Service

Allows you to access your Master Storage. This storage shares items between all accounts bound to your Master Account. This storage can hold a maximum of 600 items.

Guild Storage Service

Allows you to access your Guild Storage, if you are a member of a guild, and have permission to do so. The base maximum amount of items a guild storage can hold is 100 items. This amount can be increased with the Guild Storage Expansion skill.

Save Service

Saves your respawn point (where you go after you die) at or close to the Kafra employee. This service is free, and you may use it as many times as you want.

Cart Rental Service

This service allows you to carry a cart. It is only available to merchant and super novice classes with the Pushcart skill. Once obtained, your cart can be accessed using Alt+W.

Location Checking Service

Tells you where other Kafra employees on the same map are. This service is free.

Point Checking Service

Tells you how many Kafra Points you have accrued. You may redeem these at the Kafra Headquarters in Al De Baran.

Reward Points System

For every 10 Zeny spent on Kafra services (excluding dungeon teleports from voting events), 1 Kafra Point (or Special Reserve Point) is earned on the character. In Al De Baran, Kafra Points can be redeemed for a variety of items.
