1.) Sesame Pastry and Regeneration Potion, are no longer character bound.

2.) NPC Bubble skills now properly can be resisted if your resists are 100% or greater.

3.) ogh_prison1's gat fixed to not have weirdly placed walkable cells that trap monsters.

4.) Polluted Spider Queen's deep sleep removed until a rework is applied.

5.) Himmelmez's Curse now properly has a minimum threshhold of 5% max health. (you cant get more than 19 stacks)
