Patch A4.5
This patch mostly is gonna be fixing a lot of bugs/issues presented by A4.4 and also doing a very heavy handed balance pass on the egregious things from A4.4. Mostly Ant Hell F3 and OGH Churchyard.
Adjustments
Ant Hell F3 exp is wildly overtuned for the relative kill count people are pumping out down there. Love that people are mobbing tons of ants and enjoying themselves, so won't be nerfing spawn rate at all, but will adjust numbers now that we know roughly how many ants per hour you guys exterminate. Weirdly enough drops were mostly fine with Ori/Elu a bit out of line, but we're going to nerf Elu a bit harder than Ori so its still a premier Ori farming location. Note that the numbers in our patch notes wont 100% match the in game values since we use logarithmic drops. But the actual rates in the database are reduced by these values.
OGH Churchyard is also wildly overtuned after the adjustments due to an oversight on the NPC script on my part. adjusting it down to the intended levels and then nerfing a bit further. Cutting numbers in half likely will not nerf it hard enough, so we're also going to increase their HP by roughly 50% so kill speed is lowered as well. If there are still issues after this we'll likely lower the secondary coag rate a little more.
Also adjusting OGH Cas 1 as a preventative measure.

1.) All Ants: Base EXP: 60k (ish) > 19.5k (same for all now)
2.) All Ants: Job EXP: 57k (ish) > 15.6k (same for all now)
3.) Diligent Soldier Andre's EXP Reduced from 60k > 20k for both Base/Job. (summons from Silent Maya)
3.) Oridecon drops reduced by 25%
4.) Elunium drops reduced by 40%
5.) Silent Maya now requires 25k map kills to spawn, and requires only 500 individual kills to get the loot reward.
ogh_chyard
1.) Bloody Wraith: HP: 80k > 125k
2.) Dark Priest: HP: 70k > 105k
3.) Standing Soul: HP: 75k > 110k
4.) All Coagulated Spells secondary drop on mobs lowered to 50% (this also effects the bonus drop. the 2nd bonus drop will also be 50%)
5.) Coagulated Spells bonus drops reduced from 2 > 1. (this means it will still attempt to give you two extra coag per kill since there are two in the table, but no longer give you two PER drop.)
END RESULT: should be going from 6 coag per kill > 3 on average per kill.
ogh_cas1
1.) Coagulated Spells bonus drops reduced from 2 > 1.
2.) Coagulated Spells secondary drop on all 3 major mobs lowered from 100% > 50.
Bug Fixes/Reverts
1.) Songs refresh themselves upon re-entering the song area again.
2.) Multi-Hit delay reverted to Legacy rAthena (200 ms > 80ms)
3.) Brutal Murderer no longer casts Psychic Wave on chase state.
4.) Rock Ridge Teleporter will no longer warp you into the void of Airship Assault
