Winter Wonder Prontera
This year there will sadly be no christmas event as the halloween event ends, but winter wonderland prontera is here at the very least to help give a new feel to things.
WOE Rotation Changes
A lot of adjustments for the next WOE Split. But first lets go over what happens to existing castles and how the holidays will be handled.
First, there will be no WOE:SE on the 24th or the 31st due to Christmas Eve and New Years respectively.
Second, existing castles prio to this rotation change will get their treasure for one more week. This means SE castles will have the new loot table in their non god boxes for 1 week. SE Castles will also be cleared of ownership during maintenance.
Third, after the 1 week has passed, castles that are owned for FE will be cleared by staff and only the new rotations castles will be enabled. You should still be able to access your castle through flag in even without portals before then.
And with that lets get into the actual changes for this split:
WOE Split/Rules Adjustments
1.) WOE SE will be downsized to 1 castle only this split. If activity rises we can add more castles in the future.
2.) WOE SE is having its in game cap lowered to 24, but it is no longer a hard rule. This means you should not report guilds allying with second guilds, or finding ways to circumvent the in game cap.
3.) WOE FE will be fully unrestricted in the two god item castles, meaning no cap. (technically a cap of 80 per guild and alliances are still disabled by nature of server settings)
4.) WOE FE will be downsized to 3 castles with two of them having god items.
5.) WOE FE's third castle will have a low cap of 8 with still no hard rules against alliances or circumventing the cap. (again do not report this I don't care)
6.) WOE SE's castle is Vidblainn/Yuno 3.
7.) WOE FE's castles are Payon 5/Bamboo Grove Hill and Alde 4/Weurzburg
8.) WOE FE's 8 man capped castle is Payon 3.
Treasure Drops/Adjustments
1.) Silvervine Bundles reduced by 1
2.) WOE Supply Boxes increased by 1
3.) Bloody Branches drop rate reduced by 10%
4.) Payon 5 Unique Items are [Essence of Loki/King's Manteau/Diabolus Boots/Diabolus Armor/Dark Bacilium] [Spell Circuit/Combat Knife/Brocca]
5.) Alde 4 Unique Items are [Essence of Thor/Sprint Shoes/valk Armor/Valk Shield] [Poison Bayonet/Robo Eye/Repentance]
6.) Payon 3 has almost no unique drops except Helm of the Sun God[1] at 0.25%, instead it has a bit more WOE supply boxes/silvervine bundles and an MCA at a low chance.
7.) Yuno 3 unique items are [Witch's Broomstick/Variant Shoes/Water Spirit Armor[1]/Valk Shield] [Save the King/Ring of Mimir/Royal Pendant/Essence of Frigg]
Abbey/Church
1.) Royal Druid, Corrupted Bishop, and Royal Clergy now drop a box of Contaminated Magic at 100% (contains 3 contaminated magic)
2.) Royal Druid, Corrupted Bishop, and Royal Clergy have had Coagulated Spell drops removed and various trash loot (like holy water) removed.
3.) Royal Druid: Old Purple Box drop rate increased to 11.5% and Elunium drop rate increased to 62%
4.) Corrupted Bishop: Old Purple box drop rate increased to 11.5% and Oridecon drop rate increased to 62%
5.) Royal Clergy: Old Purple box drop rate increased to 11.5% and Oridecon drop rate increased to 62%
6.) Slaves now drop 1 Contaminated Magic at 50% chance. (this will only drop once per normal slave behavior)
Chivalry 2
1.) White Knight and Khalitzburg Knight: drop two boxes of contaminated magic (total of 6 contaminated magic) at 100% instead of 3 drops of contaminated magic.
2.) White Knight: Oridecon drop increased to 56%
3.) Khalitzburg Knight: Elunium drop increased to 56%
Prison 1/Prison 2/Sewers/Staircase
1.) EDP Damage Rate reduced from 100% > 70%
2.) Contaminated Sting > Drops an extra Coagulated Spell at 100% chance. (replaces Mud Lump)
3.) Gigantes (both) > Drop an extra Coagulated Spell at 25% chance. (replaces broken armor piece)
4.) Ice Ghost and Flame Ghost> Drop an extra Coagulated Spell at 25% chance. (replace Ice Cube and Burning Heart)
5.) Mutating Prisoner/Zombie Guard > Coagulated Spell drop rate lowered to 90%
Bug Fixes/Adjustments
1.) Speed Potions now properly override the slow grace debuff.
2.) Elegant Manteau is now properly listed as a garment in the item description.
3.) Sealed Shrine now properly checks your completion stage of the instance before warping you to the 2nd floor upon entry.
4.) Cursed Raydric Archer's fire trap replaced with ankle snare.
5.) Dead cells in ogh_cas2 have been fixed to be properly walkable.
6.) Ferlock Boots now properly have a slot.
7.) Aimed Bolt's SP cost fixed to properly be 40 SP instead of 100. Fixed Cast Time lowered to 0.75 seconds from 1 second.
8.) Airship Set is now properly refineable.
9.) Contaminated Sting's in ogh_sew now use reflect shield on idle.
10.) Save the King's Chemical Protection strip chance significantly lowered. (this still only applies to Stalker)
11.) Aegis of the Immortal is now properly banned in War of Emperium/BGs/PVP
12.) Himmelmez card is now banned in War of Emperium/BGs/PVP
13.) Root of Corruption re-enabled. If issues return after our fixes he will be disabled again.
14.) Crystalized Tear Drop can now be stored.
15.) Poison Bayonet now properly increases the damage of all plagiarized skills except meteor storm by 15% (including Ninja magic spells)
