1.) Warp Portal to the save point can now be used to nomemo flagged maps (places like inns and such).

2.) Tiger Fist no longer usable after Chain Crush Combo (this was an unintentional change, which resulted in lower DPS for Combo Champs).

3.) Fever MVP now counts individual kills while the MVP is alive.

4.) Silent Maya Fever MVP total kill count required changed from 25,000 to 15,000.

5.) Silent Maya Fever MVP individual kill count required for reward eligibility changed from 500 to 1,000.

1.) Fixed the @partybuff command on login setting not properly working.

2.) Skill delay hopefully properly reverted to pre A4.4 behavior (if there are still issues please make a ticket).

3.) Properly removed Wounded Morocc from Nightmare MVP list.
