The damage reduction increases on both ranged and ranged/AOE seemed to have landed nicely with both being still threatening but players getting a chance to pot/breathe so we'll be keeping those previous changes permanently moving forward for the time being.

The acid demonstration interaction with defender did not quite hit how we wanted as it created some weird gameplay scenarios we're not comfortable with even if they were niche. Instead we'll be trying a new adjustment.

It's a bit weird to explain but officially skills normally have a set delay to prevent them from being cast too many times per second on officials. On emulator previously this wasn't a thing so animations could break and Alfheim has had this for awhile with skills like Acid Terror/Acid Demonstration being able to be casted up to 7 to 8 times per second.

We reverted this fix awhile back because it affects PVM builds but decided to bring it back but only for GVG scenarios so WOE can be healthier without messing up people's PVM dps.
