Arrow Vulcan (Alt: Vulcan Arrow) is a 2nd class offensive skill available as Clown and Gypsy. It attacks an enemy nine times using a Whip/Musical weapon. Gypsys and Clowns can freely move after casting this skill; however, Arrow Vulcan's 1.5-second cooldown cannot be bypassed in any way.
