Short maintenance while we continue to prepare for the transition to the latest rathena. Night Watch is underway soon and hopefully the next patch will be A3. For now, this one includes some adjustments to Reverberation to normalize the balance between all the job rings so theres no advantage by using the 3rd/4th costume rings.
Otherwise, I've gotten to look at some parties for OGH and am buffing a few maps respectively while nerfing/adjusting some strategies might tip the scales of these maps too hard in their favor. If these maps are still weak after the buffs, we will likely give them a 2nd round of buffs.

Test Server Changes
1.) Can now @go 37 to warp to training dummies.
2.) Can now @go 38 to warp to just outside the morocc inn.
Skill Adjustments
1.) Spell Breaker no longer works on skills that are flagged as uninterruptible on monsters.
Map Adjustments
Old Glast Heim (Chivalry 2)
1.) White Knight and Khalitzburg Knight EXP (base and job) increased by 50%
2.) White Knight and Khalitzburg Knight Ori/Elu drops increased by 50% of their previous values.
3.) White Knight's Royal Guard's Spear drop rate increased to 15% up from 3%
4.) White Knight and Khalitzburg Knight Coagulated Spell drops increased to 30%.
5.) Khalitzburg Knight's Pristine Chivalry Emblem drop rate increased to 3%
6.) Khalitzburg Knight's Romantic Carnation drop rate increased to 1%
7.) Temporal Crystal drops from White Knight and Khalitzburg Knight increased to 0.30% each.
8.) Elemental Resist capped at 70% for any given element on the map.
9.) Magic Defense capped at 70 on the map.

1.) Elemental Resist capped at 70% for any given element on the map.

Old Glast Heim (Castle 1)
1.) Undead Noble, Corrupted Duke, and Roaming Spellbook's Oridecon and Elunium drop rates increased by 15% of their previous values.
2.) Undead Noble, Corrupted Duke, and Roaming Spellbook's Contaminated Magic drop rates increased to 10%
Skill Adjustments
1.) Reverberation skill ATK ratio raised from 200 + 85% ATK per skill point to 200 + 100% ATK per skill point. (Max 625% ATK ratio > 700% ATK ratio) MATK ratio untouched. (this is a compensation buff for the new cooldown)
2.) Reverberation now has a 0.4 second hard cooldown. (this normalizes the dps between all job rings and not wearing the job ring)
Bug Fixes
1.) Ki Translation/Spiritual Bestowment is no longer able to be plagiarized.
