Small update just to apply some bug fixes and adjustments. thats it. really.
Bug Fixes and Adjustments
1.) Sesame Pastry and Regeneration Potion, are no longer character bound.
2.) NPC Bubble skills now properly can be resisted if your resists are 100% or greater.
3.) ogh_prison1's gat fixed to not have weirdly placed walkable cells that trap monsters.
4.) Polluted Spider Queen's deep sleep removed until a rework is applied.
5.) Himmelmez's Curse (ogh_chiv2 HP reducing debuff) now properly has a minimum threshhold of 5% max health. (you cant get more than 19 stacks)
