Fallen Angel (Alt: Fallen Angel) is an Expanded 2nd class offensive skill available as Rebel.

Effect

Immediately move to the targeted location. If there is an obstacle between the caster and the target cell, this skill will fail to activate. Within 2 seconds of activation, increase Desperado damage by 100%.
