==Bug Fixes/Adjustments==

1.) WOE Warper now includes Payon 3 and the warp portal to Payon 3 is now active.

2.) Fixed a bug where individual loot field mvps were not properly giving their loot properly.

3.) Fixed overlap between the WOE Warper and Regular Warper to where they are now properly tracked individually instead.

4.) Fixed the @spb command to show information properly when party members are offline.
